北市都發局副工程司疑似因過勞中風，引發外界關注市府員工超時工作的問題。市長柯文哲昨天於市政會議中說，根據研考會的員工滿意度調查，大家最不滿的是加班問題；他已指示祕書長蘇麗瓊組專案小組研究如何舒緩狀況。但他說，自己從去年1月到現在都沒休假，「過勞最嚴重的是我」。
議員陳義洲近日於議會市政總質詢表示，市府員工的工時動輒超過12小時，更點名都發局長林洲民不體恤下屬。林洲民昨天上午在臉書回應，強調自己和都發局同仁從來不是「虐待者」。
昨天市政會議也討論到加班問題，據了解，柯文哲主動提及研考會的民調結果，指員工最不滿意的部分就是要加班、沒有時間陪伴家人。柯文哲說，該推的業務還是要做，請蘇麗瓊、副祕書長李文英和勞動局長賴香伶組專案小組，研究如何舒緩情形。
研考會8月底做的員工滿意度調查，類別涵蓋內部管理制度、工作投入狀況、學習發展情形、工作壓力和離職傾向等，網路問卷回收率超過6成，研考會表示，在「是否常需要加班」、「是否覺得工作負擔大」等題目，員工的確較不滿意，但詳細結果須待柯文哲同意後才能對外公布。
柯文哲昨說，市府過勞最嚴重的是我，從去年1月至今都沒放假。他提醒首長關心下屬健康，也考慮透過發信提醒員工注意健康管理。
